Foundation For The Development Of Rural Communities - FODERCOM is a non-profit making, non-sectarian, non-religious, non-ethnic, non-governmental and non-political organization committed to the manpower development and social upliftment of the deprived, marginalized rural communities in the Amansie and Atwinma Districts in Ghana.
The Foundation seeks to achieve total and sustainable manpower development and holistic improvement of the well being of the people in the rural communities in Amansie and Atwima Districts by the year 2020 AD in addition to
1. Reproductive Health and Family Life Advocacy including drug abuse.
2. Promotion of appropriate sanitation and water supply.
3. Health Development and Hygiene Education.
4. Women empowerment programmes.
5. Education (Institutional and Manpower) empowerment.
6. Cater for the needs of the poor and destitutes.
